| Stacy Jorgensen - Stacy is the Owner and Head Instructor of Weapons at Hand. He has a 4th degree Black Sash in Sil Lum Gung Fu and a 2nd degree Black Belt in American Freestyle Karate. He is a retired professional fighter. This is his home away from home so you can find him at the gym anytime it is open. Stacy teaches all our noon classes, kids classes and MMA classes. He also started and coaches our competitive fight team. Basically, Stacy is Weapons at Hand. To read his full bio click here. |
| Ricky Contreras - Ricky has been with Weapons at Hand since 2002. He came to us with a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. He currently holds a purple belt in the Weapons at Hand MMA Program. Ricky made his amateur mma debut in 2008. You can find Ricky teaching our evening kickboxing class and Adult MMA striking class on Tuesday nights. His students love talking about his awesome technique and skills. We are happy to have Ricky as part of our Weapons at Hand family. |
| Abel Saenz - Weapons at Hand is proud to have Abel as their wrestling coach. He currently is the Head Wrestling Coach for King High School. He has coached his team to 3 district titles and coached 2 of his students to the State Tournament. We are very lucky Abel has decided to be part of the Weapons at Hand family. He was raised in Oregan and has been wrestling since he was a child. The mat is his second home. You can find him coaching our MMA fighters on Wednesday nights. |
